Daily Living Assistance

Help with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and oral care to maintain personal cleanliness and dignity
Help with putting on and taking off clothes, ensuring that individuals are properly dressed for their activities
Assistance with moving around the home, including getting in and out of bed, walking or using mobility aides

Cleaning

Light housekeeping tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, laundry, and dusting, to ensure the premises are kept clean and tidy
Manage waste disposal and recycling activities

Meal Preparation

Planning and preparing healthy meals, or assist in meal preparation, as necessary
Assist in feeding if necessary

Medical Care Assistance

Accompanying to the Dr’s office or hospital for medical appointments
Transportation to and from the Dr’s office or hospital for medical appointment or surgery, and providing companionship during procedures
Observing for changes in health or behavior, and watching for signs of distress or pain and reporting to the emergency contact or other specified person
Assistance with organizing prescriptions and reminders to take medications

Companionship

Offering social interaction, chatting, and emotional support to combat loneliness and promote mental well being
Planning and engaging in activities that promote physical and mental health, such as exercise or hobbies
Assist in arranging special events such as birthday parties or other family events on the premises

Transportation

Provide transportation and assist with grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions or other errands
Provide transportation for medical appointments, and wait as required
Provide transportation ensuring individuals remain active in the community

Fees for above services are as follows:

In-home service fee $25.00

Hourly rate $35.00 / worker, $65 /2 workers

2 hour minimum fee

Home Maintenance

Identify and repair as necessary issues that might affect safety or health
Perform regular inspections of the premises to identify and fix maintenance issues, such as leaks or breakages
Conduct minor repair work, including fixing broken locks, replacing light bulbs, changing HVAC filters, and carrying out basic plumbing work
Coordinate with professional repair services when required

In-home service fee $25.00

Hourly rate $40-$60 fee based on the extent of repair
